朱利安葡萄酒初级课程是我们团队针对葡萄酒初学者设计的，旨在以更有趣、更全面的方式让大家了解葡萄酒基础知识的课程。

The Introduction to Wine Program is designed by Zhulian Wine Consulting with the goal to help beginners understand all the fundamental knowledge about wine in a comprehensive and fun way.  

 

6个小时的课程对于想要拓展个人知识面，或想要在葡萄酒领域施展拳脚的初学者来说是一个很好的机会。 

Indeed, the 6 hours course program is a perfect opportunity for wine lovers who want to expand their personal knowledge, or for those who want to start their career in the wine industry.

 

朱利安葡萄酒初级课程将会令大家在品酒方法和葡萄酒酿造这些知识上打下良好基础。整个课程还涵盖了关于主要葡萄品种和葡萄酒酿造环境的学习。不仅如此，我们还为大家专门编辑了有关葡萄酒服务、储存和餐酒搭配的章节。

The Introduction to Wine Program will give good foundations about the wine tasting procedures and the wine making process. It will also cover a study of the main grape varieties and wine growing environments. On top of that, an entire chapter will be dedicated to the wine service, storage, and food pairing.

 

朱利安葡萄酒一直坚信，学习葡萄酒最好的方法就是去品尝它！在学习过程中，同学们有机会品鉴到10款由不同葡萄品种酿成的酒，从中学习它们的不同之处，并学习如何描述一款葡萄酒的外观、香气和口感。学习结束后，同学们将获得由朱利安葡萄酒学堂颁发的证书。

 

It is our belief at Zhulian Wines Education that the best way to learn about wine is to taste them ! During the program, students will have the opportunity to taste 10 wines from different grape varieties, learn how to distinguish them, and learn how to describe the look, aromas, and taste.

Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a diploma from the Zhulian Wine Education Center.

For professional businesses seeking to provide formation for their staff, an extra 2 hour module can be added to the program in order to cover more operational aspects, such as, wine marketing and sales.
